Staff Therapist

 
Jamee Wilson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she also earned her undergraduate degree. She has been with the agency since November 2007 and is a full-time staff therapist. Jamee enjoys partnering with individuals, who are experiencing a variety of challenges and also enjoys working with couples and families. She teaches a parenting class to those interested in exploring ideas for more effective parenting. Her clinical experience includes working with survivors of crime, sexual abuse, domestic violence, as well as, those experiencing anxiety, depression and grief. Jamee utilizes a variety of models and techniques in her work with a concentration in client-centered, solution-focused therapies. She works with all ages and particularly enjoys working with adolescents, women and couples. Jamee has received training in the Basic 40 hour Mediation and Marriage and Family Reconciliation Mediation.
