ARRA Intake Coordinator

 Kara Felder has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Science and is working under IAI’s Employability Training program as an Intake and Training Coordinator/Case manager. She comes from a teaching background and also has experience in business development and customer relations. As a part of the training group working with funding from the American Recover and Reinvestment Act, Kara is interested in seeing her client’s grow and develop in their careers. She strives to be an excellent resource and advisor for her clients in solidifying career goals and objectives and improving job hunting and on-the-job behavioral skills.
