A: Innovative Alternatives is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.

Q: How do I become a mediator?
A: The Dispute Resolution Act of 1986 requires that all mediatiors take a 40-hour mediation training course. Innovative Alternatives offers this course.
Q: Do you offer marriage counseling?
A: Innovative Alternatives offers a host of counseling services, including marriage counseling.
Q: I hear that victims of crime get free services.
A: The Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) is one of Innovative Alternatives counseling programs. Victims of various crimes are eligible for 6 free sessions of counseling. Contact our office for more information.
Q: Do you see people with drug problems?
A: We treat a great number of problems. While we are not a drug treatment facility we can help. We do require 30 day sobriety prior to treatment at our facility.
