Conflict Resolution & Peer Mediation Programs for Schools
The Conflict Resolution Program for Schools provides students, teachers, and administrators with appropriate resolution skills to prevent disputes from escalating to violence. This innovative approach teaches students accountability for thier actions and to handle their own disputes through a cooperative and productive process. Thus, teachers spend more time educationg and less time dealing with behavioral problems and students learn valuable lifetime social and negotiation skills. Furthermore, IAI's program is unique in that it combines training and continued impementation consultation to assist in tailoring a program that is specific to each school's needs.
